One month notice in writing is required for the child’s withdrawal from the school. Duly filled up ‘Parent Request Form’ available at office has to be submitted for communicating the same.
Applications for withdrawal must be signed by either of the parents/official guardian. No T.C. application will be entertained during vacations.
There are three instalments of school fee for a School Year. If the child is leaving during the period of 1st instalment, 1st instalment to be paid and the same apply for the 2nd and 3rd Even if the withdrawal is intended at the end of the academic session, one month’s prior notice is mandatory. Same procedure applies for the students who avail school transport.
Promotion to the next class will be mentioned in the Transfer Certificate if the last date of attendance is not earlier than the last working day of the session.
Students can be asked to leave the School on the following grounds
Indiscipline
Unsatisfactory progress in work
Detention or repeated detentions in a class.
Exceptionally prolonged illness
